Development Associate


Reports to: Director of Development
Classification: Non-Exempt. Part-Time (20 hours a week)
Location: Ross, CA office


Position Overview:

The Development Associate works closely with the CEO and Director of Development on the implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy and supports ongoing donor cultivation and stewardship for The Representation Project. This position requires attention to detail, a high degree of organization, and superior written and verbal communication skills. A spirit of partnership and service, as well as a passion for the mission of our organization, is also critical.





Director of Partnerships


Reports to: Managing Director
Classification: Exempt
Location: Ross, CA office


Position Overview:

The Director of Partnerships proactively identifies, explores and executes a comprehensive plan for developing key external relationships that will enable The Representation Project to have the greatest possible impact in our campaigns and programs. In addition to stewarding existing partners, the Director of Partnerships will work closely with the President/CEO and Managing Director to identify and cultivate new strategic partnerships and collaborate with industry leaders to ensure large-scale change, brand awareness, and earned revenue opportunities.





Director of Finance


Reports to: Founder/CEO
Classification: Exempt
Location: Ross, CA office


Position Overview:

The Director of Finance is a leadership role responsible for the oversight, planning and management of all aspects of the finances of The Representation Project. The Director of Finance’s scope includes Finance, Human Resources, Insurance, along with leadership across other areas – strategy, development, governance – where the Director of Finance brings unique experience. The Director of Finance works closely with the Managing Director & President/CEO to create the financial and HR related strategies and structures the organization needs to achieve its mission.

Director of Education


Reports to: Founder/CEO
Classification: Exempt
Location: Ross, CA office


Position Overview:

The Director of Education leads the strategy and direction of education programs for The Representation Project and carries the organization’s educational message to the national and international level. The Director of Education is responsible for leveraging existing Representation Project educational resources, as well as for leading the development of new content to support the expanded mission of the organization and messages of new films in production. We seek a senior leader with the demonstrated ability to build an effective team, design and implement innovative large-scale educational initiatives, convene and cultivate thought-leaders and partners, and create meaningful change in perspective and behaviorone student, one caregiver, one teacher, and one classroom, at a time.





Managing Director


Reports to: Founder/CEO
Classification: Exempt
Supervises: Director of Communications, Education, Partnerships, Development, and Distribution
Location: Ross, CA office


Position Overview:

The Managing Director is responsible for integration and day-to-day supervision of the campaigns and programs of this growing non-profit social action campaign and media organization. The Managing Director is responsible for leading the team internally and for planning, tracking and reporting on progress made toward quarterly, annual and longer-term goals. The Managing Director serves as a key support to the President & CEO, ensuring the mission and work of the organization move forward. Managing Director
